“I love Newcastle airport, but the spaces are too tight, the distance from airport too far, and the bus service not effective. I was in car park 45 mins before I got to airport, trying to find a space & walking to airport. You need a decent multi-story.”

“problem with number plate identification camera does not accurately read plate and always have to contact staff to raise barrier staff very helpful but camera software needs improving”

“Great service and easy booking process. Prices used to be competitive but is quite expensive now compared to other airport parking. Their prices are based on demand and jump up the more people who book their cars in. If pricing could be better it would be 5 stars from me.”
