“CONVIENANT USEING CARPARK RIGHT NEXT TO AIRPORT, WE HAVE DONE FOR A LONG TIME. ONLY ISSUE IS HOW THE PRICE HAS MORE THAN DOUBLED IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE USEING TAXI'S MIGHT BE THE CHEAPER OPTION”

“Overall good, why online check in the same Qs, Parking service 1st class. Poor arrival experience held on plane 20 mins, drop off long walk back to passport control. The escalator has not worked for 3 years.”

“We have not flown from Newcastle before and checked out the parking options after booking our flights. The information provided was clear and the options were easy to navigate through. We booked and the confirmation came straight through. On arrival at the airport the signage was easy to follow and the car park was easy to navigate around. The walk to the airport was short albeit there was a small hill to climb. Highly recommended”

“Best UK airport I've flown from! Speedy through security, quick to get luggage back and don't need to walk miles and miles to gates! Parking was safe and even the furthest is only 5 mins walk from the terminal. Made travelling with children super easy.”

“Great airport although service has deteriorated in some areas. Booked the new Fast Track car park as my wife is disabled, great location but not a baggage trolley in sight, had to walk to the terminal to get one which defeated the purpose Booked assisted travel for my wife, it was chaotic, no one available at the desk, had to ring a number and just got told to make our way to gate 19. Got to gate 19 also posted as gate 16 to find total confusion with the disabled assistance side and a gate for a flight to Corfu no one know where they were going. We were not taken to the gate until after boarding commenced, normally we are put on first do as not to inconvenience other travellers. Not a great experience at a very high price.”

“On arrival at Newcastle airport in the early hours of the morning we were greeted by a gentleman who was both pleasant and helpful. The same happened when we arrived back after our holiday. The lady who greeted us was also pleasant and helpful. Excellent service.”
