“Only issue was that the entry camera misread my registration number. On-site staff sorted this out very quickly. Otherwise all very straightforward and good value.”

“Great service, Maybe a little more expensive compared to other regional airports. Please sort out the number plate recognition - 7 times now number plate is not recognised. Which is a BS154AU - Legal Number Plate.”

“We always enjoy our time in Newcastle airport whatever time our flight is. Food, drink, shopping and duty-free it's all there for us in one area which is great as we not as mobile as we used to be. We also prefer to park in the short stay car park next to the terminal as it's more convenient for us.”

“I used the Meet and Greet parking service and paid for fast track and the lounge. Parking was clearly signposted. I parked, dropped keys off at the dedicated building and was in the airport within five minutes. With fast track I was through security a little bit faster than I would have been had I not used it. ( I can imagine it being of great benefit when it’s really busy) . The lounge was spacious and calm. It was an early morning flight so I was drinking hot drinks but many around me were drinking wines, beers and spirits. Staff were very pleasant. Upon my return, it was a short walk to get my car keys which were ready and waiting . Overall, a great experience.”

“Staff really friendly & efficient. Speedy process through Security. My holiday starts when I hand over the keys to meet & greet. Then fly through security and onwards to the bars, shops and restaurants. Really good experience overall except this time due to the refurb works at security the tables at the end of conveyor belts had moved and it wasn’t clear where they had moved to. So people were congregating around the conveyor belt and ended up in a backlog”
