“I found the car parking instructions very easy to follow & so close to the airport it made my trip on my own less complicated. My flight was delayed & even though I had put extra time on my car, I was still late. Thank you to the gentleman who let me out with no issues as I was tired and just wanted to get home. Thank you again.”

“We "found" the Premium Meet and Greet parking this year and have used three times now. It is totally brilliant. The very friendly, courteous and professional staff take all the stress out of parking leaving us free and calm to make the ultra short walk into the airport, check-in then through fast-track security (well worth the additional minimal cost) to departures. When we return, our car is sitting there ready for the drive home. Price-wise this compares very well to long stay parking and can, in fact, be cheaper; also if you need to change car details (my car got a puncture the day before we left so we needed to change) then it is really simple and easy to amend your booking. We will always use Premium Meet and Greet from now on - long stay parking is very much a thing of the past.”

“Always park at Newcastle airport when going on holiday, the website is easy to navigate and the whole process is very straight forward, there’s always a transfer bus ready to pick you up within a couple of mins and get you to the terminal building very swiftly”

“Parking was fine and secure for our stay . .Booked and paid online very easy to do. only to be presented with a fee of £122.00 to be paid upon trying to leave the car park .went into the office and showed booking details and attendant sorted this out for me very quickly. Was quite a shock and was told possibly number plate wasnt recognised properly. Upon returning home the same thing happened to a friend of mine a few wks previous.so be careful when entering card and make sure you check details before you decide to pay again .apart from this happening the booking and stay was fine .”

“I have used Newcastle Aiport parking many, many times and always have a good experience. Easy access into car parks and not too far to walk to the terminal. Terminal walkway now has a canopy walkway which is wonderful.”
