“Meet and greet easy. Would be lovely if car was defrosted at front door waiting as really just paying for key safe. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“NCL has demonstrated clear forward-thinking in planning for a full return post-COVID... unlike some other airports, clearly! Staff are always polite, most notably in security: again, you can't say that about a lot of other airports. Good and varied retail and food offer. I look forward (hopefully) to remaining lost easyJet routes coming back at some point, with someone... NCE especially!”

“Easy and quick parking in the meet and greet. Quick and hassle free right through to the departure lounge. Good shopping and cafés. Newcastle is my favourite airport to fly from.”

“Courtesy buses not running 24/7 now which is inconvenient and consequently suitcase trollies getting left near to parked cars. Parking bays too narrow”
