“Travel through newcastle airport about 8 times per year outward journey from check in through security perfect but it is the return that is allways very poor. Everybody complains you allways wait ages for steps to arrive at aircraft. Then allways large queues at security very poor then allways long wait for baggage”

“It was all good! Entry and exit from the car park was fine, the parking is close to the terminal and the car was just as we left it. We had ore booked in Short Stay 1. Disabled spaces were available.”

“I felt my car was secure and car parking bays are adequate, so what more can you ask for. the booking system is good and now reads number plates better than previously so little or no need to call on the staff who i presume if i needed them would be there to help”

“I use the airport car park fairly frequently and have not encountered any serious problems. However, the last three times I have been through, the camera has failed to record the correct registration number on arrival at the car park and this has necessitated calling at the office on my return from a trip to sort things out. I have been using the same car for a number of years without difficulty. The bus service to/from the terminal is very good and the drivers are always very pleasant. Perhaps an extra bus at peak times would be helpful.”
