“The car park is good but could be improved. Finding a space (1st week of July) was very difficult. Many cars had been abandoned and double parked, blocking routes around the bays. It needs to be better organised with electronic signage which would be able to direct travellers to the available spaces.”

“Very easy to drive to, and to my surprise there were spaces available quite close to the main airport building. The only negative was having to drag our suitcases along a rather uneven path granted it was only a hundred yards or so but a trolly would have been handy, but when we arrived there were none available.”

“Easy to book and staff very professional. Not really meet and greet as now you have to find your car in the car park although it's not difficult, before your car would be outside the building ready for your journey home.”

“Speedy check in and security checks. Flight was delayed by 2 hours which was disappointing but we were just pleased the flight wasn’t cancelled altogether like some holiday makers. Airport was clean, staff were friendly”

“The ‘Meet and Greet’ airport parking was excellent both for dropping off the car and picking it up and it was only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. However there was a long wait to get through security and the area was very crowded and warm. Once airside, there are very few seats unless you want to go into a bar or restaurant and the seats provided are not very comfortable. Anyone with even slight mobility problems would be struggling.”
