“The entire Newcastle airport experience could not be faulted- the parking was so close to the terminal -easy access for all of my family, no delays or queues! The bar area was adequate but tables could have been cleared and cleaned more timely. Shopping was great! Well done Newcastle.”

“Can’t thank the Meet & Greet staff enough when due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to return at our booked time. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff who were extremely helpful. “Fantastic experience of Newcastle airport, we live in Edinburgh but travelled to Newcastle to fly due to ongoing issues at Edinburgh airport. the long stay parking was super easy, good value and walking distance to terminal. The security was busy but to be expected as holiday season, it was well organised which minimised wait times. When we arrived back, the baggage arrived in good time, so all in all a great experience and we will look to travel from newcastle airport again.”

“The airport is very well organised but expensive. We mainly try to get a hotel and parking deal as it is better value. There are often codes for discounts but they change them very quickly.”

“Passport control on return was efficient but looked risky with regard to Covid transmission. Car parking was efficiently administered and paid in advance. Parking experience satisfactory.”
