“New to the airport , so not sure where Meet and Greet was, but found it easily. The guy who booked us in was great despite that it was 6.00. Collecting the car made me a little concerned as the lady asked if I came in on the 9.00 flight even though it was now 16.00. Overall quite pleased.”

“We paid almost £150 to use the premium fast track car park booked well in advance but when we arrived, there were no available spaces and no-one available to ask. I tried ringing the car parking helpline only to be told by recorded message that it wasn't available on a Sunday. We ended up just leaving the car in an available gap that I wasn't convinced was a proper space. Extremely poor service given the cost.”

“Parking easy but a bit pricey. Worthwhile though on short stay 1. Had pre printed boarding cards, easy flow through security etc. Overall very satisfied with the organisation and operation.”

“Excellent parking close to the airport. My mother is 83 and not the best of walkers so we have used both the short term and the premium short term which really helped. Signage for the Premium short term could be a little better as you need to go through a no-entry road sign to get there. Easy the second time around!”
