“I've used the meet and greet a few times now and its by far the easiest method of parking. Pitch up, leave the car and off you go into the terminal which is right across the road. What is not to like.”

“Excellent service. Observation that on return ( a number of flights arriving at similar time) there was only one receptionist trying to deal with around 12 returning customers as well as a small number of departing customers. At such times a minimum of 2 staff would help.”

“We were charged an additional one week of parking upon leaving. Amounting to £122. Which we had to pay or we could not exit. No staff around at the time and tried calling the 24 hour telephone line but no answer. We have emailed requesting a full refund of this but have had to response.”

“Parking has gotten expensive. Before covid usuaĺly paid 80 pounds for 2 weeks,with code admittedly, but paid same price for 1 week now. Still ok service though thanks.”

“Good value, the signage pointing to the parking area access points and once in the parking areas directional signage to the exits need to be made bigger and more of them and constantly updating digital signs on each car park area should show how many spaces remain during busy periods (as NCP do) to save customers wasting time driving around looking.”

“I have used Newcastle Airport parking on many occasions and always find it to be problem free, I used short stay 1 and found the new bays a little on the tight side when opening car doors but other than that very good”

“Brilliant service. We booked for two cars online and then, unfortunately, had to change - we were arriving earlier. I contacted the parking team and they advised the process - get the ticket and then get in touch with them on our return to sort the outstanding balance. We were able to do this quickly, effectively and with no fuss. Easy to book, easy to park, easy to deal with.”

“The airport bus driver was very helpful. The parking was full but still found a spot. My only issue was the price £101.50 for 6 days, and that was at a 50% discount according to the internet?”

“We’ve used a few Meet and Greet airport car parks and I have to say this is the slickest by some margin. Maybe we were lucky on departure day in that it was quiet, but my car keys were swapped for a receipt within seconds and we were wished a happy holiday with a smile. Again on the way back we arrived around midnight but again we’re immediately dealt with and within seconds we’re on our way. Marginal increase in cost over the short stay but oh so worth it. Will use it again for sure.”
