“Staff messed up the collection time on our return as it straddled midnight and we had to wait 20 minutes for the car . No apology .”

“We always use this car parking at Newcastle Airport, the car is safe and secure, we can go away on holiday with peace of mind. It is so convenient 2 minutes from terminal both for departure and arrival back. Excellent service.”
