“Very easy to drive to, and to my surprise there were spaces available quite close to the main airport building. The only negative was having to drag our suitcases along a rather uneven path granted it was only a hundred yards or so but a trolly would have been handy, but when we arrived there were none available.”

“Easy to book and staff very professional. Not really meet and greet as now you have to find your car in the car park although it's not difficult, before your car would be outside the building ready for your journey home.”

“Speedy check in and security checks. Flight was delayed by 2 hours which was disappointing but we were just pleased the flight wasn’t cancelled altogether like some holiday makers. Airport was clean, staff were friendly”

“The ‘Meet and Greet’ airport parking was excellent both for dropping off the car and picking it up and it was only a 2 minute walk to the terminal. However there was a long wait to get through security and the area was very crowded and warm. Once airside, there are very few seats unless you want to go into a bar or restaurant and the seats provided are not very comfortable. Anyone with even slight mobility problems would be struggling.”

“The parking was ideal however every disabled bay was taken. It would be better if you could book disabled bay in advance. This would allow you to check that the disabled badge holder is travelling from the airport.”

“We parked in the short stay section which was excellent as it’s right next to the terminal. No problems with entry or exit. One suggestion I do have is could there be a section where you can leave your car keys and collect on your return. Eg small lockers which you pay for this would prevent losses of them whilst away”
