“The parking is okay althoug you cannot rely much on the courtesy buses. I had an alarm system brake down when I returned from Holiday had to call my rescue and recovery service. The car parking security control acknowledged that I would take longer to leave the car parking area and I did not have to pay any extra. It would have been a plus if they have a portable 12V car battery charger.”

“Leaving the car at Newcastle airport was hassle free. No taxi to wait for, it was cheaper than getting a taxi and the car was perfectly fine for the 9 nights that we were away.”

“Extremely good experience of everything except finding our way round the Long-Stay carpark where we found the signs very confusing, especially completely empty areas sign-posted as "full"! Also the exit and pedestrian areas lacked clearly placed signs, and it all seemed like a project half-finalised. Lovely, friendly bus driver to take us back to our car: what a great welcome! Also we appreciated the nice staff and lack of queues at security on departure, even though the need to take off belts seems absolutely ludicrous and very disruptive. The parking booking system was good.”

“Always try to use the short stay 1 as it’s so close to the terminal. Never have any problems (even when I had a small problem with their number plate recognition it wasn’t an issue and resolve immediately).”
