“Whether using the self parking (Short stay 1) or Meet and Greet I have always found the car parking effortless and it feels secure. However the withdrawal of the shuttle bus to long stay makes it unusable if you have hold luggage to manage, which limits choice. The drop off charges are ridiculous. Its only £1.00 at Belfast International!”

“Hi I found signage to my parking spot difficult, when I arrived at 3am people were wondering around aimlessly looking for their vehicles which were hidden under ice, why don't ye number the parking spaces ie A 15 , A for section, 1 for row, and 5 for space”

“Having read the car park details/info, I completed my booking adding flight details/times etc. We parked the car at 09.30 to meet check-in requirements, went to the nearest bus shuttle stand to find a note saying that the bus service did not start until 11.00. We then had no choice other than to pull our cases in heavy rain from the Long Stay car park and check in soaked through.”

“We always book the short stay car park when there is a discount. Its great to get back from a flight and walk straight to the car then it's straight out onto the road home. This is a great service.”

“Their should be a sign on the main road to signpost to the car park as we did not see it until we turned into the road leading to the car park, this was our first visit to Newcastle airport so found it difficult to find.”

“We like short stay 2 , but too be honest it’s not easy to get a voucher code , it’s quite expensive, for us being elderly we find it so much easier, than long stay, Very easy to find so will continue to use it.”
