“Easy booking and finding a space. Walkway to it could be more clearly marked-a lot of the parking is fenced off.”

“Used Premium Meet & Greet again as always. Excellent service. The staff are always happy,polite & very helpful. Had to return from holiday early so just called the office from abroad & gave them the flight detail changes so our car would be there on arrival,absolutely no hassle at all. Excellent service & so easy to just get out of the car & walk across to the terminal.”

“I am a frequent flier from NCL international airport out to the Canary Island Mainly Gran Canaria. The booking facilities drop-down box omits Gran Canaria from its site, therefore, making booking unreliable. In the last two times I have booked the short stay car park I have been refused exit stating I have to pay an extortionate sum which has meant I have had to walk to the gate office to get this cleared.”

“Booking for parking online was fairly easy and instructions clear. However, on return to car park after our holiday, the exit machine swallowed my ticket and barrier failed to lift to let us out. It took around 5 minutes to get through to someone on the intercom. The operator finally let us out after confirming pre-booking payment had been made. No explanation was given.”

“Usually good service from airport staff. Observations: - recent experience made difficult due to escalator maintenance and lack of directions to alternate - car park signage remains poor. Arriving or leaving at night time can be confusing - baggage handling seems to have improved with reduced delays in claiming baggage on return”

“Used Fast Track parking . Excellent service . Arrived , parked up in any bay . Less than a minute walk into terminal . Returned same day picked up car , used ticket at barriers to exit. So easy will definitely use next time I fly . Can use ticket to fast track through into departure lounge .”
