“Somehow the dates I wanted to book changed in the course of completing the booking form for parking and we'd did not notice until we arrived at 4am. It was wonderfully easy to correct the mistake. Well thought out process.”

“All of the long stay space car parks nearer to the terminal were all blocked off with cones, boards saying full but they were practically empty. Also I paid over £50 for 4 days (with a discount code) which I thought was too expensive.”

“I received a fine for being on red lines - the car park directed me out but I couldn't stop to get back in or allow my husband to put in cases. I had no option to stop the car. I received a fine through the door for £60. I am not happy at all.”
