“Very good value for money pre-booking online I used pre-booked parking for personal (including a disabled badge holder) and business work trips in January 2023 and having an electronic VAT invoice helpful for expenses. If available, very convenient, for a small amount extra to have parking immediately near the Airport entrance, couldn't get closer, so well worth booking in advance in busier seasons.”

“It's very straight forward and uncomplicated. However that doesn't mean it couldn't be improved. I would like to see a scheme where the more you use the car park the more discount you receive so there's a recognition for regular users. This could be linked to discounts in duty free or the lounge. Doing this would incentivise people to arrive earlier and spend more in duty free. Currently I arrive 45 mins before my flight and head straight to the gate. If there was an incentive to arrive sooner then I would be tempted. How about use the car park 3 times in a year and you receive a free lounge access for example. Arrive two hours before your flight and get 20% off extra in duty free or get a discount for number of car parking purchases.”

“Would have given 5 stars but my wife who has slight mobility problems was unable to step down off bus at arrivals until driver came and lowered bus. This should have been done as soon as it stopped”

“Parking is easy and convenient at Newcastle. The only reason I have not rated it higher is that EVERY time I go to leave the ANPR system misreads my reg number. And so EVERY time I have to contact the control room for them to verify and let me out. Not great after a long flight and embarrassing with people waiting behind you!”
