“Good service but seemed expensive to me. Allegedly had a 10% discount but still cost nearly £100 for two weeks. Will consider a taxi next time”

“Excellent service,a good step up from park and ride, would recommend to every one , arrived stupid o'clock for the flight, met by John who is a Gentleman, and went merrily on our way. Upon our return the same curtisy from the staff, we will not hesitate to book next time we are going on holiday, thank you , to all concerned .”

“car parking not upto previous standards of park and ride - on arriving the car parks closest to the terminal were empty but closed! so parked some distance away with inclement wintry weather”

“Dissapointed that when we returned from holiday the Bus Stop outside the terminal was not clearly signposted. We then found a piece of paper taped to a post advising that there was no bus to return to the car park as this was only operating at certain hours over that weekend so we had to walk.”

“On the whole booking and parking at the airport is easy. The only problem we have encountered is on our return to the airport from holiday. The ticket machine never seems to accept the ticket to open the barrier. We have always had to seek assistance and always have to have our booking reference to hand. Very annoying after a long journey.”

“Regrettably we have had to use the Airport car park since Park and Fly closed after the pandemic. Although booking, entrance and exit is easy to use online using the car park itself is more problematic as there is no indication of where there are any spaces. So you have to drive around and around until you find one. Then when you do the numbering system is vague so you struggle to return to it. This means that you have to leave a lot more time before your flight just to park. The bus is irregular but the drivers helpful and friendly. An expensive but very unsatisfactory service. Next time we will get a taxi.”

“easy to book and system seems to work well only fault is that some of the curtesy phones do not work in the shelters and the place to wait for the curtesy bus outside the airport entrance is not signaged very well”
