“Parking facilities are good. However the price for any length of parking stay is far too high. The drop off parking is now ridiculously expensive. For example - Dublin airport where I visit frequently. Drop off is free. Currently I’m on holiday and it’s cost be £105 to park my vehicle for 15 nights. I payed £60 to park at Newcastle for 2 days. This needs looking into and overhauling asap”

“After arriving back from holiday in early hours I could not find what I had done with car park ticket. I got to the barrier pressed button and a happy sounding man was able to help me immediately. He was able to see my booking and open barrier immediately. Thus was great service after a long journey.”

“I have used Newcastle Airport car parks for many years on a regular basis, and always been highly satisfied with the service, when I book direct with the Airport. On my last visit I could only park in area L near Bus stop 14 as everywhere else was full. On my return and leaving the car park I noticed a very loud noise from my tyres due the sticky loose chippings stuck to the tyres. I had no option but to park on the road and scrape all the debris off the tyres. If you are charging normal prices for this car park it should be resurfaced.”

“Flight was delayed but this wasn't an issue. Car was parked up waiting on our return, keys were handed over within a few minutes and we were on our way. Will definitely use this service again.”
