“I have always been well served by the car parking arrangements at the airport. This occasion was the first where I was offered the meet and greet facility immediately adjacent to the main building. For £10.00 I felt this was well worth it for the convenience it allowed.”

“We got the parking at a very reasonable price as I used my staff parking concession. However, the negative was that we parked in car park A but couldn’t find our car when we returned. I had to ring for help and was informed there were 2 A car parks!!! This seems absolutely ridiculous. Why not letter the overflow car parks with a completely different letter???”

“The staff were very cheerful even though it was 3am started my holiday off in a good mood no hassle at all and when I returned everything went smoothly retrieving my car will defininately use this system inf future.”

“Used meet & greet for the first time & found it hassle free & a smooth experience. Check in was quick, no lengthy queue. Used the Aspire lounge which was pleasant & relaxing before boarding.”

“Plenty of spaces to choose from in the long stay car park, like there is a bus to take you from car park to airport with the amount of suitcases and bags we had, helped ease the load of things we had. Quick turnaround and plenty of things to occupy you while you are awaiting your flight.”

“Easy to book and no hassle on arrival or exit. Do find sometimes that car parks state "full" when there are clearly spaces but have always found a space in others. Enabling long stay customers to upgrade to the short stay car park is causing problems getting parked here however, this car park needs more disabled spaces.”

“Security was very efficient, well organised and the staff were very pleasant. Other airports could learn from them. Luggage arrived amazingly swiftly, this is so much better than 2 years ago. Check-in with all the budget airlines is so much better than at other airports, particularly Ryan Air whose Check-in at Alicante is a nightmare. A good mix of eating places as well as seats where you can just chill. Far prefer this airport to others in the UK and Spain.”
