“This car park is very convenient for us and the staff are very helpful but when we checked our ticket whilst waiting in the airport they had given us another cars ticket? Silly mistake but one that shouldn't have happened-however there were no problems when we returned but we had to explain what had happened and that was somewhat awkward. It wouldn't stop us going back but we'll be checking our ticket next time. Hence I can only give you 4 stars on this occasion.”

“well it was a lot better than the last time in june when I arrived back my battery was flat car wouldn't start it was only two month old had to wait 40 mins to get it started not good after a 4 and half hour flight after sending email of complaint was told to contact them and would receive seven days free parking tried before I went away this time numerous emails to try and claim weeks free parking but still waiting hey ho the good thing this time no issues car started same car but never mind might get seven days free parking at some point as going away 26 dec you never no”

“No hassle booking, ticket didn't work on way out asked me to pay £90 but used intercom spoke to the guy gave him ticket number and had no problem exiting”

“Easy to book online. Transfers to airport excellent and your drivers very helpful with assisting with luggage. Our only dissatisfaction the last three times we have been unable to park in the Disabled park as full - this should be extended to twice as big. We have great difficulty getting out of our car in normal park owing to the narrow parking spaces.”

“I prepaid to park in short term parking for 11 nights and got what was a very good price, would definitely have given 5 star rating but technology I'm afraid failed. Camera on entry misread my Registration which became a problem on exit, ticket didn't match my reg, was telling me I'd exceeded my permitted time, on presenting it to "payment machines" was asked for £252.00. Issue was sorted very quickly once I realised incorrect Reg on ticket and spoke over intercom to operative who redirected me back to exit barrier & having given him my booking ref opened the barrier. Only a / 3-4 minute delay but after 4 hour flight and at 2.00am sufficient for me to mark down 1 star for failure of equipment.”

“Arrived at the airport the machine issued the parking ticket automatically. Although the car park was busy we found a space easily enough. The car was close to the shuttle bus stop. Within ten minutes we were on the bus to the terminal building. Upon return there was a bus waiting to take our party back.(painless)”
