“Decent sized spaces and nice quick shuttle transfer. However, it's expensive and I don't understand why money off codes aren't automatically added or it's just made a bit cheaper. Even a fiver would make a difference.”

“Have used you many many times without any problem at all and have recommended to friends and family, unfortunately on our recent parking experience we had a problem, on putting the ticket in the machine the barrier wouldn't go up it kept spitting the card out after about 3 times of trying a voice came through the speaker asking if we had booked etc asking for account number and registration for our car, after giving all this information the barrier went up it was a bit of a nuisance lucky we didn't have a queue behind us however when we looked at the ticket there was an error on the print of our car registration, one letter was wrong it had printed an 'M' instead of an 'N' will look out for that in future”

“I made the arrangements over the phone the team member I spoke to was friendly polite professional. The payment was taken, and an email sent to me confirming the arrangements. On return I needed assistance to leave the car park. Phoned your office and the problem was sorted by one of the team. Will definitely use your team again.”

“Holiday parking at NCL is Easy, and hassle free especially when organised online. However as a regular business traveller I would love to see something like a quarterly or monthly season ticket for regular 1, 2 or 3 day parking. Then you would be the best airport in the UK maybe Europe. 😁”

“The buses were running from the car parks,we were parked miles away so it was great to see a bus was waiting at the bus stop,on a bitter early October morning it quickly got us to the airport.”
