“Well laid out, friendly staff and plenty of facilities. Security was adequate and overall transition from parking my car to boarding plane was without incident and seamless.”

“From the start, the car park was easy to navigate, find an extremely hassle-free when booked prior. Checkin was efficient. Security was disorganised and dirty. I never booked the lounge due to a number of bad reviews there was. Before the flight, few selection of bars drink too expensive and no cocktails etc. Overall was hassle free and a great experience.”

“Directions and access into the long long term parking area quick and easy. Surface in parking lot could have been better, and perhaps security! One tyre had very little air in it, so had to sort and pay for this at the garage (at midnight) before heading on a four hour drive back home. We have had no issues with this tyre since! We notice four other vehicles at the same time as us, having to do the same thing, seems unusual to me!”

“Clean well lit and good bus service to the airport only minutes away.Reasonably secure and clearly signposted,we took photo to remind us where we parked.I would use it again no problem 😊”

“Newcastle airport has good facilities for a regional airport and is easy to negotiate. The medium stay parking is in close walking distance to the terminal buildings which is good. Given that location, the parking rates seem reasonable. The booking, entrance and exit arrangements are easy. Only slight criticism is that more medium stay parking would be desirable, I think we got 1 of only a handful of spaces when we arrived and it took some finding.”

“The outgoing journey was very well organised, however the return pickup from the airport terminal was very unorganised, the bus stop was in the middle of the road and the bollards made it difficult to know which end was the front of the queue.”

“I parked my car and didn't have to worry about it for a week. It was a reasonable distance from the terminal and in any case transport was available to get to and from the terminal.”

“I have used the long term parking several times in the past but always arrived in day light. The recent visit was early morning when it was still dark. As there was no lighting on or near the entry ticket machine I firstly could not see which button to press and then when the ticket did appear I could not see it. I'm sure I'm not that blind (I did manage to drive to the airport in the dark).Perhaps a light on the machine would help us oldies. Otherwise a good safe service at a reasonable price.”

“I would’ve been alot happier if the transfer driver had told us he picks us up on the orher side of the road. Can you tell the drivers when they are taking us back to our parked cars can they shout zone numbers and letters”
