“Easy to park on arrival and to get the shuttle bus to main entrance of the airport. As first time users we noted the car park number K2 overspill but not the number of the bus stop we got on at.So on our returndid not get off shuttle bus when we should have done. The driver helped us but we had to walk a bit further to the car then would have been necessary, in the dark and rain as he suggested getting off the bus, otherwise it was another 15 mins to go around again. I think driver needs to let passengers know which stop they are at by calling out at each stop when using bus at night”

“At the entrance to the airport the medium stay car park for well signposted until the very last minute and we nearly went into long stay by accident. A large sign at the entrance to medium stay would be beneficial.”

“Easy to park - you select where. Continuous bus service to airport, which is a 3-4mins drive and drop-off is outside of the terminal building. Plenty room on bus. Remember to keep your ticket safe for use when you return to the car park as you need it to exit. A tip - write the location of your parked car incase you forget when you return, which can be the case if away on holiday for a long period of time. Price was expensive but I found a voucher code and got a decent discount.”

“Everything is in place to prepare you for your journey either by parking you own vehicle when you arrive or drop off points, which I think parking fee's should be removed for this. Everything you need is in the airport terminal that you require for your journey though I think you are trapped by the prices for this service, apart from the Duty Free. Their service for the Handicapped is an excellent operation and you are treated with respect. Checking in is a breeze and not a lot of waiting around, though a smoking area once you have checked in would be appreciated for when you are waiting for your flight.”
