“Car park was further than it appeared to be in picture. On exit ticket didn’t lift barrier. Had to go to office to validate ticket.”

“All fine until exiting the parking, machine didn’t recognise out ticket, asked us to pay £650.00, all sorted once pressing the help button, took about 10 minutes to find out booking, other cars behind us, not happy at having to move over to next barrier, never had this issue before.”

“We park at short stay car park right outside the terminal. Booking is easy as is finding a space. On returning after a holiday it's quick and easy to back on the road home as ANPR recognising your car - no messing about with machines,”

“Used short stay 2 - on return after 4 weeks when trying to leave, although pre paid, wanted to charge over £1000 ! Sorted by your staff so ok but not sure why this happened - would use again though”

“Car parks are easy to find, good signage and plenty of space available. Very secure. Would use more often but price of parking has increased so much that it often works out cheaper to get a taxi.”
