“I have used the Premium Meet and Greet car park at Newcastle on 4 previous occasions and I have been very happy with the service. However, I left my almost new Jaguar with them for 3 weeks in January/February 2025 and I specifically asked the parking attendant to look after my car and to park it somewhere safe. When I returned from my holiday to collect my car, as I approached where it was parked I noticed that it was very close to a large Mercedes SUV. So close in fact that I could not open the drivers door wide enough to get into my car. I had to get into my vehicle via the front passenger door where there was slightly more room, clamber over the centre console and finally onto the drivers seat. Not the easiest manouvre for a 72 year old! Not a happy bunny!”

“Too many bars and not enough coffee places and seats when through security. Duty free far too big, more space for seating needed. It's also an expensive airport to fly from.”

“The parking was terrible after a snow fall , you couldn’t see the bays and it was extremely dangerous! Nothing had been salted or cleaned away !! Not what I expected from Newcastle airport, very disappointing.”

“Exceptional service when greeted at the meet a great! The friendly information and assistance we were given meant our holiday went ahead instead of being cancelled! Further assistance offered getting our car started at pick up, flat battery dealt with by staff getting us on our way after a long flight home. Thank you!”
