“It was my first time flying from Newcastle Airport and using the long stay airport facility so I was a bit apprehensive but found it really easy to find the airport and the long stay airport parking area, it wasn’t stressful at all which I was anticipating. I will definitely be flying from Newcastle again and using their car parking facility.”

“We recently parked at Newcastle Airport. The service was excellent. We were able to navigate our car park very well. We pre paid and the barriers went straight up, a ticket was issued with our reference number. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours on the way back. Newcastle airport couldn't have been more helpful. I emailed them to let them know we were delayed and there was no extra charge. Thanks again everyone for your help !”

“Staff always pleasant but as they drive my car to park it I feel it would be nice if they actually brought it back for me as well, save trailing across the car park with luggage.”

“Used the short stay 2 car park this occasion. Easy to find a place and just a short walk to the terminal, a lot of it under cover. Worth the extra because the long stay can be a nightmare!”

“Well thought out airport, fast track well worth the extra few pounds, parking close to terminal. Duty free section well designed. A good range of shops for anything you may have forgot and a good selection of food for before flight or in flight. Two smoking areas. Overall my favourite airport in uk.”

“Good service but a map to show where shuttle bus stops at Airport to pick you would have been good. It was cold and windy when we got off, didn’t know where shuttle bus stops, no time table was sent and we started walking with luggage & kids. A generic map and time table of shuttle bus must be sent to email so we know where to go. Thank you”
