“Have used several times. Easy access. Used bus relay early morning departure. Couldn’t find my car on arrival home!! Office CCTV were extremely helpful to assist me!!!”

“Easy to use and I have used it frequently i travel every month to ireland but I find the parking very expensive at Newcastle Airport compared to LBA park to travel have a permanent 15%discount an average weekend would cost £35.At Newcastle it would cost £60 is there anything you can do to bring down the cost like introduce fixed discount like park to travel LBA.Sometimes the parking at Newcastle is more expensive than the cost of the flight.”

“Drop off immediately in front of the airport shoud be free. The argument that there is free drop off is unhelpful as the free area is a long way from the entrance to the building.”

“I can only comment on the Meet and Greet Service which is very good. Saves time and staff always friendly and helpful. It's expensive I feel. But you can sometimes get a discount code. Would recommend”

“This airport con tinues to improve, and it is quite good value for money, the duty free section is a little too pricey when compared to other duty free outlets especially for cigarettes and alchol. All in all its a good airport, the car parking facilities cater for more pockets, the niggest down side is you have to pay a very big fee just to drop someone off of to collect someone, even if you are there for just five minutes, this I consider a bit of a rip off - bearing in mind the KISS and FLY concept at most other international airports - no charge for under ten minutes - this is wrong charging people for dropping off friends and families all of whom will spend money at the airport - not good at all NEWCASTLE AQIRPORT”
