“I paid for my parking online so when I went to use my ticket to lift the barrier it should of just let me straight out. Instead it said that I owed £96. I then had to reverse out the barrier, park up and go inside the cabin to be told that the cards always do that and he deleted the bill realising I had already paid when I showed him my receipt. I don't see the point in paying online to then have to get out the car in the pouring rain to fix it when it should be fine in the first place. Also on the way home I couldn't find my car in the medium stay car park. I asked one of the workers outside for assistance and he said to me that the car will not of moved and will still be there so I need to keep on looking. For a female to be on her own in the dark and rain is not fair especially when they've asked for help. I think some of your staff need lessons in customer service”

“Used newcastle airport long stay car park three times in the last few months,great and easy car park to use not very far to walk to terminal building,only down side last three times have had problem when leaving car park after holiday the machine on the exit barrier will not accept ticket ,the guy from the office had to come and overide machine to let us exit and he got a real soaking not a happy bunny i can tell you!!!! will use again still good value.”

“Prompt pick up,however very difficult to find so aces and you normally spot them near the car exits not entrances,so when you see .them it's too late you've driven past”

“there was no queues it was well lit and plenty of parking spots also the bus service was very good we only had to wait minutes”
