“I found the ease and convenience of parking near to the terminal a bonus, and on return having car waiting made the extra cost worthwhile”

“Newcastle airport is very easy to get to and the parking is very conveniently set close to the terminal. There are buses running frequently, but it is usually always possible to park less than 5 mins walk from the departure entrance. Check in was very smooth and quick again and security was not busy.”

“Got in very early. Notice on overflow said closed drove all around car park. All areas closed with barriers. Had to come all the way to overflow. Which said closed but only place barrier was up and took a chance parking in there. Better signage would be needed would say.”

“I like using the long stay carpark as you know your car is safe and surcure, but allow yourself at least 20 mins to find a space, the new overflow carpark was not open when we went”

“Newcastle airport did NOT make me happy. Newcastle airport is one of the worst I travel through, it can't cope with more than one plane, or even just one full plane. You wait ages to disembark, ages at passport control, and ages for the luggage to arrive. However, this review was prompted by your car parking facility email. Car parking is good but not great. Its a mystery as to why certain areas are closed [and they are empty]. A mystery as to when a bus will come. Early in the morning, certainty is vital to avoid stress.”

“The airport parking is much improved. No hassle getting in but signs need to be clearer. Especially on set dark night's. Parking areas would benefit from the airport bus stops having the car park area that serve painted on.them clearly thought to be seen.from the bus as you return. Before you have passed them.”
