“Easy to book online entry and departure good and good notices stating which area open for parking. Will be much better when all car parks have been resurfaced.”

“I always use airport parking 2 mins from departures, sometimes walk sometimes get bus only problem when leaving is camera does non register my private reg so you have to go into the office to get a ticket to get through the barriers, other people had the same problem when we came out and it clogs the leaving lanes up, maybe you can have a look at this problem and try and fix it. other than that happy with the service thanks. Henry. H.”

“Car parking courtesy bus was very slow arriving at terminal pick up and no information provided as to car park areas stopped at. In the dark this left people guessing as to when to get off.”

“Getting in and out of the car park area was both quick and easy. Bus driver was friendly and very helpful. A bit awkward finding car park space in the early morning as it was still dark.”

“Normally, the parking service is excellent. However, I could not escape from the short term carpark when I last used it despite pre-paying it without some trouble. I had put spaces between the sets of characters for my car registration number. This turned out to be the source of the problem. When you update your booking form on the website, please put an error trap in the field to prevent this being possible.”

“Good well maintained car park , but on last two occasions the barriers have not worked and staff need the pre payment booking reference number to sort the problem they are not able to search on a registration number presumably because the equipment has not read it”

“I could find your car park easily and it was very convenient for me. I sent an email to you in order to request a refund on 30 Oct as below, but the reply has not be delivered to me yet. I would appreciate it if you would answer my inquiry. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Sir/Madam I booked your car park on the website in advance and used from 28 to 30 Oct. But I paid charge by VISA debit again when I left the car park today, so I would appreciate it if you would refund the cost. I paid ?59.10 Today by mistake. “Car park was very busy but we managed to get parked. We find that is it often quicker to walk from car park to airport departures than wait for bus but even so it is not far. Booking is easy and we would recommend using this car park. Much better than other uk airport parking.”
