“Swift entry into the short stay car park. I have an electric car and there are 4 charge points close to the terminal; two of which were free. The downside was that the points were not working. This was not a crisis as I had sufficient charge. Leaving was easy; the OCR system read my number plate and my pre-booked ticket worked perfectly. It took only a few seconds to get through the barrier. Overall happy but the near £40 charge for 2 days is quite pricey, however would have given 5 stars if the charging system worked.”

“The airport is well sign posted internally it is clean bright and spacious staff where professional and helpful no long queues ,we have no hesitation in regularly using the airport.”

“My return flight was delayed so I was rather anxious but I had no problem with exiting the site . The airport signs back to the parking were not clear tho.”

“As i am disabled im pleased i chose to stay in the disabled short stay. I was pouring down with rain when i arrived so i did not have far to walk to the terminal.”

“Car is left in a safe and secure area. The one thing that disappoints every time is that on exiting the camera never recognises personalised number plates which is an inconvenience.”

“Provides a good service sufficiently local to Teesside for the business traveller. Suggest a board for drivers from the airport advising of roadwork's/ closure's on the A1 which would help with journey home.”

“The transfers to and from the car were great, not much of a wait, and helpful drivers. remember to make a note of your cars location though, everything looks the same.”
