“Overall, we are happy parking our car at Newcastle Airport. The only bugbear is that we pass car parks which are empty but have a barrier up and we end up having to park quite a bit away. Apart from that, we are happy.”

“Straight forward. Car parks are quite full so you have to be sharp to find space straight away. Transfer to terminal building is good. Drivers are helpful and cheerful.”

“Whilst on the whole the facilities are good,my only gripe is the number plate recognition failed to work, resulting in having to find the paperwork and attend the office to authorise the ticket to allow my exit.”

“We use this system all the time and find it usually excellent, on our last trip however there was a line of cars waiting for hand over to the Meet and Greet staff which was slightly annoying as the main benefit is speed of drop off and pick up however even with this hopefully 'one -off' situation we have marked the service as good.”

“I like the plate vehicle rrecognition on entry and exit with the camera to make the process more efficient. The price i thought is a little expensive for the weekend in the long term stay.”

“Very easy to park there, used airport parking many times now. Always seems though at most car parking near to the terimnal have full! We ususally end up in K or furthest away”

“OK price for a few days. Was a bit difficult finding a space and had to drive around a bit to find one. The actually car park surface is pretty bad in places too.”

“Easy to park and ideal having the shuttle bus to take you to the airport terminal. However, at 1am trying to get out of the car park and the barrier saying you have to pay £80 was not good- had to go into office to get the card wiped.”

“The facilities at Newcastle are good. Car parks are close to the terminal; check-in's are easy to navigate and queues never long. The departure area has plenty of duty free plus there's quite a number of bars (though personally I don't get the idea of people drinking unlimited amounts of alcohol before they are about to board a flight??) and general catering available. Generally a good range of facilities for the size of the airport I would say.”

“Still the easiest, best and most cost effective way to book on site long stay parking at Newcastle Airport. Only downside this last trip was failure of Car Registration recognition system which caused bit of hold up, but fortunately on site staff sorted it quickly.”

“I used the meet and greet and was very disappointed to find the car very dirty on my return. It looked like it had been parked under a tree of birds.”

“Everything went smoothly until we tried to exit from the car park when we returned to Newcastle and the ticket machine did not recognise our ticket.Fortunately there was an office at hand and it only took a few minutes to correct the situation. I will certainly be using the long term car park on future holidays”
