Although I have experienced no issues, I worry that there is no verification of vehicle condition prior to leaving the vehicle. Only a verbal confirmation is required. The vehicle condition record is not completed until after the customer has left the vehicle. The customer has no record of an un-damaged vehicle prior to leaving for their flight. The record could be updated showing damage without the customers agreement. This can lead to conflict upon return. As with a recent incident with one of my colleagues.

Used the car park because it was convenient for the time of our flight time. Had no problem with the booking , entered and left the car park with no problems.

The courtesy coaches were a bit awkward getting off and on when having a lot of luggage aboard. I must say i cannot think of a way of getting round this. We did not have to wait long for the bus going or returning. All in all good service

Quick, easy and very convenient. Wish they would remove the car parks full signs tho, as this has never been the case when we've parked. Because we share with another couple it's a lot cheaper than taxi's or getting some one to drop us off, the assistant in the office I went into to validate the ticket for the barrier was a very happy and helpful man. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend. Always search for a promotional code when booking on line, save yourself a bit money.

WE FOUND THE PARKING VERY GOOD, WASNT ANY NEAR TERMINAL SO A BIT OF A WALK,JUST MISSED A BUS,TO COLD TO STAND AND WAIT,SO JUST WALKED,COULD DO WITH SOME BETTER SIGNS GOING OUT OF AIRPORT FOR DIRECTIONS,AS TO WHERE YOU WANT TO GO,SOME SIGNS WERE COVERED BY TREES,BUT WILL DEFINATELY USE CAR PARK AGAIN.

Having used car park facilities in other airports Newcastle rates very high but my only gripe is when you come to leave the car park you have to go to the office to leave even if you have paid online or by telephone, a token system or vehicle registration recognition system would be so much easier for the customer

No problems encountered with parking, but getting on bus was a problem as people stood in the aisles instead of taking empty seats further down the bus, the driver did not tell people to move down the bus, but perhaps a policy of no standing would be better.

Service and convenience very good. Some of the road surfaces poor and finding spaces sometimes difficult Other than that I would say , good facility and will use again

Slightly bewildering when, onentering the long-stay car park, we kept being directed away from obviously half-empty areas which were labelled as "Full", only to be coralled into one which was damned near full itself. On returning to leave, the fact that we had prepaid seemed to be ingored by the device at the exit, but this was rescued by the great guy in the office who waved us in and stamped the card with no fuss at all. Nowhere is perfect, but I would definitely use the facility again.

i have used this car park for a number of years the only problem i have encountered is evey time i try to leave my ticket does not work and i have to get out and go to the office i have been given numerous reasons why this happens . this year there were 6 people in front of me queing to get tickets fixed so it does not seem to be just me

Waited for 10 mins for shuttle bus, didn't arrive so had to walk, other than that all was ok
