Struggled to find a spot and we could have done with the trolleys being more available. Other than that, the extra cost was worth it.

Good price and a good service no complaints just had to wait a while for the bus, but that was only due to missing one and it being the only one running

Convenient and easy. Pick up bus great. Only problem on return member of staff had to open barrier, wouldn't accept ticket.

Parking and pickup good but held up on exit as no plate recognition and ticket not working so cars individually let out after confirming with attendant.

Easy booking, easy parking but your counter assistant in the ticket office was down right rude!! He managed to deal with authorising my pre-booked car park ticket / booking without even uttering a word!! Not a hello, thank you, or good bye. Felt guilty bothering him!!

The staff are always very helpfull from booking to onsite staff. Maybe the exit route from areas could be more clear and the areas marked into smaller areas so you can find your car better. Other than that its good. Thanks.

All went well - and I will be using the facility again - apart from the 15 minute wait for the courtesy bus upon our return.

In Long stay car park on return from holiday it was dark and wet, it took a while to find Exit from car park ,I went round 2 times before I found the escape route it could do with better lighting or signage

all-round good operation, automatic exit works a treat. Could be more courtesy buses especially on early morning/late night arrival

Overall - very good in and out with no problem. My only issue is that I am a disabled driver and could not find a free disabled space in the short stay car park - not for the first time.

Booked the on site long stay car park nice and early in advance of our holiday and used a discount code so we got excellent value. A week before our holiday we were emailed offering us the chance to park in the short stay (right outside the terminal building) for a small additional fee, so we happily paid the additional cost. All went smoothly - collect ticketed from the barrier on entry, and on exit we were straight out once the camera at the barrier recognised the registration plate and was happy with our ticket. No having to find a machine or ticket desk in the airport which we have experienced in some other airports (LBA). Highly recommend using this service.

Excellent position just a few steps from the terminal building with no shuttle required, but, like some other users we experienced difficulty leaving the car park which shouldn't be the case as they are supposedly using ANPR cameras. It took much too long for someone to answer the help call button and release us. Overall good but could be much better.

On arrival we took the parking voucher on the bottom of barrier machine it said if you have prepaid use this ticket too exit . When we returned from a short trip the barrier machine did not recognise the ticket so I went to the cabin to see an attendant he could not find my vehicle in the database so I produced the recipient he said he would open the barrier but this never happened I went back in and was told to get back in my car this time the barrier opened this all took a lot of time. Is the problem with online booking and the main database .

As always very easy to park although the the parking area needs some work to rep are the pot holes as we were in the far car park this time which didn't seem to have a letter but we found it ok. Generally though a very good experience.

The wait for the bus on returning to N/C was long - though the worst aspect is that most people don`t remember the bus -stop number : though even if you do remember, it is difficult to see from the bus, as the numbers are obscured by adverts etc. Surely it would help if they were displayed on the top, or repeated at the front of the stand. Thanks I did remember my number - probably because it was ---13 !

Suits me but car park areas near the terminal always seem to be full so I always seem to be far away. I usually have to visit the short stay to drop off / pick up my wife because she would have difficulty getting from / to the long stay car park. It still seems mean that I have to pay an additional £1 each time which seems harsh after paying to park for a full week already.
