Good service, always use this when going away. Only issue I have found is on a late flight back (after midnight) it would be helpful for the bus to be waiting rather than having to press for one to come along. I'm sure they can find out when the flights are due. Came back from Tenerife 2 weeks ago to rain after midnight and had to wait for nearly 10 minutes with everyone else trying to get under the shelter.

Your park and fly is Yery good service 5star very helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble no mater what time of the morning it is cheers lads ,keep it up ,will be booking for our March holiday cheers ,thank you

Easy to book on-line, also the car park was easy to find at the airport and to exit from. However, we had to wait quite a long time to be picked up by the bus to take us to the airport. In fact, we ended up phoning to ask when the bus was coming.

long stay is fast and very easy, we find it is a easy 3 min walk to the air port. or you can get the bus,

The car was securely parked in the very large car park. The price of parking was certainly the cheapest we could find. We did however have a long wait for the bus when we arrived back at the airport. The drivers were very pleasant and gave passengers plenty of time to organise luggage.

Was great having already paid so wasn't worrying about high fees when I got home. I liked feeling reassured my car was safe. Car park was walking distance from the airport, all in all very happy with the service!

The car park is very close to the building which is good but a walk way and better lighting would be a benefit as we would not have had to wait on a bus. Overall the lighting is pretty poor in the car park area, I wouldn't have liked to have been on my own.

Internet booking good pre paid system failed to recognise car reg number on leaving carpark staff on the pay terminal intercom surrly and down right rood poor customer service even when I advised I was a disabled driver and would appreciate a wee bit of personal help ...... Could do better a lot better

Number plate recognition makes advanced purchase of parking very straight forward. Most of the car park within walking distance of the terminal.

Great parking in a fantastic location. Reasonable price as well. Only down side was that the camera did not reckonise our private number plate so we had to contact an operator when the barrier did not let us out. The operator was really helpful & resolved the issue.

Very easy to book using the website-vouchers are available making it an economical option. Loads of parking spaces and frequent buses to the airport-it isn't that far to walk either. Only issue we always have is the barrier never recognises that we have already paid when we come to leave. Sometimes you can call for help and be let through and sometimes you have to visit the little building next to the barrier. Once this glitch is fixed it would be 5 stars!!

Car park was full but managed to get a space. Bus is quick at picking up. We had a delayed flight on the way home. Partner came out to get bus and he drove straight passed and he had to walk to.the carpark to get the car. Which is a far walk. Other than that i have had no previous problems x

Having booked a week in the Long Stay car park I was delighted with the offer of the chance to stay in the Short Stay car park for a extra £7:50, which meant no waiting for buses and a small walk to the terminal (for a disabled person this was a fantastic). On return to the airport the same applied, my only snag was when driving up to the barrier the machine stated that I had exceeded my time when I was in fact well inside of my booked time, but I pressed the help button and the problem was quickly resolved.

We are older passengers and used the Meet and Greet service which was excellent. No worries about getting from the car park, it was just a quick walk up the ramp and straight in to the terminal without having to worry about parking the car which was done for us.

Found everything again very good bus pick ups when you called themvery good drivers very helpful online parking much better no need to call into office for tickets to get out will be useing again next year

Good experience only criticism was waited a while in the rain for the courtesy bus.
