All went well for our parking in the Long Stay Car Park. Our only concerns were, the difficulty in finding a space - but signage was helpful and the fact a bus driver saw us hurrying to a bus stop but drove on. The next bus driver saw people coming to our stop and waited. The difference in approach is the difference between someone being appreciative and someone being upset. The breakfast in the Hippo Dining area was the best we have had at an airport. The embarkation and disembarkation was excellent. The bar areas were crowded but well done to your staff for making it feel comfortable.

We arrived at the car park and had to drive around a few times before we found a space it was well sighn posted where the spaces were but it was still hard to find. We then went over to the bus stop where we got the bus, we did not have to wait to long. We were dropped right at the door.On the way back we were back on the bus and were dropped off at our stop. Then just drove away to start our journey home.

The location of the Meet and Greet car park is excellent. Short walk up a ramp takes you right to the front of the airport building. On return no waiting or queuing for the car park bus. If you are using the service for the first time, note that the entry to the Meet and Greet is the "second" entry gate. There is a sign but maybe it could be bigger/better. The only negative for me, was that I was given the wrong tickets to exit the car park. This was quickly resolved by the attendant when I went back to the car park office. I would use this service again as long as the price is not extortionately different from the long stay.

cant understand why a weeks parking is often advertised as £31.99 but when you ring up it is always more. I always quote the advert I have seen or the password and still end up paying more, why can't it just be a standard charge. It isn't that I book high season as I only travel outside of the most popular time

It is ideal for us just to leave our car at the airport but this time we had real difficulty finding a parking space

Staff very helpful at our evening arrival. A smoother surface to the car parks would improve customer experience when pulling their suitcases.

Quick convenient and reasonably priced. Parked in long stay walked to terminal as only a couple of minutes, shuttle buses are available.

This is the third time that I have used the parking services and on the prior two experience everything went very smoothly. However last night, the ticket was rejected and we had to call to get some help. The person who was helping was very brusque and annoyed that we didn't have the booking reference immediately to hand.

Parking facilities were tight due to high demand but Airport staff were out there helping folk find places etc. and so avoiding unecessary delays. Well done one and all.

The booking and information delivered was clear and straightforward. The only problem was on return where the ticket did not allow automatic exit even though all information suggested it would - so I had to go into the office for validation, but as I had my reference number on my phone that was quick and painless. My only complaint is I used a Debit Card to pay but as it was a Mastercard the selection option meant I was charged a credit card fee.

Easy booking. Value for money. Safe and secure parking. Airport bus to pick you up in parking zone. Only downside I can think of:- last 2 years our ticket for lifting bar to exit car park at ticket office hasn't worked, we have to go in and let staff know that it isn't working and have the bar lifted manually by staff.

1 or 2 cars parked over 2 bays , taking up 2 spaces, but no problems, very simple to use.

This service is cheap and very easy to arrange very efficient. We use Newcastle airport .com every time we go away and are more than happy with the service as soon as we get our cases we are out of the airport within minutes and on the road home. Brilliant.

Parking system works well but I would like to see some trolley parks or a more frequent trolley removal service to deal with the abandoned trolleys that stupid lazy people leave behind.

I stupidly assumed that you asked for flight details to confirm booking details as being correct. However I was sadly mistaken as your system allowed me to book an incorrect date for pick up. It would be much better if your system said hang on a minute you are trying to book a different date to that of your flight are you sure that is what you want to do
