“Some of car parks difficult to navigate and when have pushchair and cases dont want to have to walk long way round to get to path Car parking safe and secure but bit pricey”

“So expensive.. but service is ok, book on line. Bit confusing as some car parks you just drive out , others you need ticket, so don’t do what I did and leave it in your case!!”

“From booking then arriving at the shortstay one car park which was at a reasonable priced. the airport itself was spotlessly clean and the custom officers were really fast and very cheerfull would highly recommend two friends and family”

“Generally easy to use all facilities at the airport. However, we regret the removal of the valet parking at Hiton Doubletree. That was an excellent service which didn't restart after Covid.”

“Easy to book car parking. I had to extend my booking due to flight being delayed by two days this was easy to do over the phone and was reasonable price. The only problem I had was when I was due to leave the ticket machine was saying I had to pay, I just contacted the office and said my booking reference number and they lifted the barrier.”

“We used the Meet and Greet parking. It was easy to book and really easy to find. Drive the car through the little tunnel area where photographs of you car are taken then park your car. Remove your luggage and walk to the reception which is approx 1 minute from where you parked your car. You can book in online if you wish to do so but I wasn't comfortable with that. I booked in at reception which was extremely quick, handed over my car keys for exchange of the small credit card sized info I needed to present to pick my car back up at the end of my holiday. From there it was a 2 min walk to the Airport Departure Lounge. When you arrive back at Newcastle your car is waiting for you and it's a very quick exit from the Airport. The Airport itself is clean and tidy. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Noticeboards with departure information are very clear and can be found in most areas. The eatery we went to filled our water bottles for us for the flight.”

“Easy to access, walking distance to airport. Well, sign posted wide enough parking bays. I would suggest they upgrade the barriers similar to NCP car parks whereby access and egress can be operated via a QR code on your mobile phone.”
