“I was worried as when I arrived I was unable to collect a ticket, however this was easily resolved when I came back from holiday.”

“Excellent parking which is close to terminal, the aspire+ lounge was a brilliant start to the holiday which the avoided the crowds in terminal , the shops are not the best but it is just a regional airport and this is expected”

“Travelling outward there was no problems, everything was smooth from parking, fast track. To the espire lounge...arriving back was a different story...wait of 45 mins for bus to offload us then 20mins for to get bags ...didn't let it spoil our holiday tho ..... thanks”

“Pre-paid to park in the Long Stay car park at Newcastle from 2 - 9 October 2022. Got our ticket at the barrier and then searched for a parking bay which took 5 minutes or more. On our return we arrived at the exit barrier,inserted our parking ticket which was swallowed by the machine,but the barrier didn't open. On the screen where you insert your ticket it said we owed £122 for parking. Had to motion drivers behind us to reverse so we could clear the barrier,before going to the manned office situated near the barrier. Fortunately we could produce the pre-paid print-out of our booking and the barrier operator let us through. Not good! I was also charged twice when I made my booking although after contacting customer services, the second payment was returned to my account within 5 days. Room for improvement???”

“I cannot understand why the prestige route the airport runs. The Dubai flight, with emirates doesn’t offer a bus service from the car park during the landing or take off times. Arriving back in the cold and pouring rain. To find your car on foot is a very poor effort.”

“As a 60yr old+ customer, I think the airport parking is a brilliant idea. However, the signage to get in out of the long stay car park is terrible and information about the courtesy bus is non existent. I had to park in car park A and couldn't see the airport terminal and therefore had no idea how to get there while dragging a case and carrying an umbrella in pouring rain.”
