“Excellent outgoing, smooth and quickly through checkin and security . Departure more or less on time . Homecoming , long walk ( have breathing difficulties ) then hitting steep stairs up and escalator not working! My worst nightmare . No one around to help , no lift . eventually with help from partner made the top but very distressed . I will obviously request airside assistance next time . An unfortunate end to a good overall exp . One other bad note was going out , Bar 11 was very poor with sticky smelly bar and less than average sandwich with service by a person that obviously didn't want to smile or even be there .”

“Car parking is usually great at Newcastle, close by and well organised but i was very angry when i pressed the 'help' button that the arrogant geordie that responded just shouted at me. I suggest you sack him”

“First time I have used short stay 2 and it was great. Easy walk to the terminal and only slightly more expensive than long stay. Highly recommended, if you can get a special offer.”

“Always use the long stay car park rather than taking a taxi as it's more convenient and more cost effective if there's a promo code available, which there generally is. On the last occasion I used the car park I inadvertently entered an incorrect digit for my car reg when booking online. I called I to the office and the agent sorted it without any problem.”

“There is no loyalty programme, and costs over summer, with no discount code available, is poor recognition of the regular car parking users. A The Long stay premium keypad - nearly everyone has to stop on call to enter the pin. There is also no mention of pressing # after the pin. Why dont you display clear instructions at the keypad? It doesnt have a backlight so you also cant see the buttons. Very poor service!!!! no effort at all... so I cant see anyone cares, and would rather have every customer call up, which then holds up people behind. Please sort it out!”
