“Very easy to locate, easy process to leave car, very friendly helpful staff, hand in keys and away upon return out of terminal, short walk and very easy retrieval again very helpful curtious staff, certainly will use each time I fly thank you”

“Easy to drive into, reasonable rates in long stay ( with code ) Alphabet parking, so you know where you've parked. Only downside is spaces are a bit tight”

“Your ‘Meet and Greet’ service is excellent and the staff are always friendly and helpful. When we collected our keys at 1am recently after a month in Madeira we were greeted by such a cheerful member of staff, we believe her name was Svetlana, who was so engaging to talk to we almost forgot our fatigue after a day of waiting and travelling. Please keep up the good service. Our previous contact with yourselves by phone has always been friendly and efficient. John and Jo Raine”

“Easy access to the short stay car park and although very full, spaces were available. Booking was no problem on the Newcastle Airport web site.”

“Experience was good although there wasn’t a bus in sight when we arrived although it was before 6am, so we just walked! Was difficult to find a space it was very busy! Checking in and security was very slick. Slight issue on return with the barrier not going up and saying we owed payment but it was quickly resolved by a member of staff.”

“We were very pleased with the system which worked perfectly for us. We did not see any buses picking up customers so we were glad that it was not raining at the time. We were concerned about not being able to locate the car upon our return and so took photographs of the view in all directions. We did not notice ant letters or rank numbers on the ends of the columns of cars. They would certainly be helpful.”
