“Easy to book & they offered to alter my booking for the long-stay carpark to the short-stay carpark for only a few £s extra. Thus only a short walk to the terminal & no waiting for the bus.”

“Found a disabled bay quickly near to bus stop, didn't have to wait long for a bus to airport, got the cases quicker than usual on the on the return trip”

“we always book at Newcastle Airport - nothing easier than leaving your car in a secure carpark and a courtesy bus to take you up to departures/arrivals. We would not book anywhere else.”

“We used short stay parking for a week when taking our 2 young granddaughters away, flight home got in after midnight and the thought of either waiting for taxis or trying to get 2 sleepy children plus luggage to car in long stay didn't appeal. It was very convenient straight out of airport only wish it wasn't so expensive!!”

“Really good service, could do with better organisation on arrival going out as the parking area is cramped and people aren't sure where to park. Returning is nice and quick, no hassle. Will with the money.”

“Good staff! Right next to airport for dropping off and picking up! I used the meet and greet option! The only thing that wasn't great is when unlocked my car up the handbrake wasn't on! Luckily it was flat ground but I have an auto! And I felt a bit uneasy when I found the handbrake wasn't on. Other than that I would have give 5* for convenience! Good price keep it as it is!”
