“No problems in short stay car park, but did find car space allocated a little too tight for getting in and out, which is a worry for getting bumped with other peoples doors”

“The long-stay carpark was very full but I did manage to find a parking spot. There was a bus service to the main terminal free of charge so that was good. The parking charge was fair for 1 week (£33 - radio promotion advert). Coming back I had to use the intercom to get the free bus service to come and pick me up, this wasn't a problem and was very quick.”

“Plenty parking spaces, shuttle service very good, only one problem. Parked right next to bus stop10 and when I returned from holiday found that my car had been scratched in the tailgate area (not happy) brand new 16 plate Golf GTD TDI.”

“Booked on line at a reasonable price for seven days. Signs for the medium stay car park were good on arrival but lacking for passengers returning to their cars. On the whole a good experience.”

“Good price and distance from airport, however we were not told you have to get the ticket validated at the site hut and not at the ticket machine in airport this lead to a large queue as no one knew what to do”

“Easy parking at the short stay but yet again on return my ticket didn't lift the barrier for me or several other visitors to exit. After several attempts & 10 minutes later my call was eventually answered by customer services & asked if I had paid, surely this is why there is NPAR? This is a regular occurrence & a major downfall.”

“Very good service. The pick up transfer bus was nice & fast on arrival. Not so great on the return tho! You couldn't tell were you were in relation to the car parks! Couldn't here the drivers announcements. Lots of confused people at 1am looking for their cars. We got off 2 stop to soon. No trolley 3 suitcases and a toddler. Very stressed. But having said all that great pricing with my discount from work. And much easier than getting a taxi or lift at that time in the morning. So overall happy flyers. 8/10”
