“From driving through the barrier to wlking into the airport terminal was within 5 minutes”

“Used the long stay parking in July/Aug so probably at its busiest but because we were in area 'L' it was actually nearer to the terminal. I would recommend allowing an extra half hour at least onto your journey for your arrival time at the car park because there was a slight wait for the free bus transfer to the terminal building and it was rather cramped but as it was only for a 5minute ride it was bearable, overall would definitely use the car park again.”

“Ease of access very good unfortunately there were signs saying car park full when there were plenty of spaces available we found afterwards when we got on a courtesy bus. I eventually parked in a space between bus stops 15 and 16 and waited at bus stop 16. When the bus eventually arrived to drop 2 people off he refused to pick me and my wife up saying that this particular area of parking was closed. I pressed the HELP buzzer available at the bus stop for advice and the lady I spoke to sent the same bus driver to pick us up. As a result I was disappointed.”

“for some reason the ticket would not work on exit, this is the second time in a few visits that this has happened, its sorted quick enough in the office, and the people stuck behind you are quite accommodating but why does this happen ? it should be sorted.”

“We found it hard to find a parking space as it was very busy with it being the start of the 6 week holidays. There were plenty of buses to take us to the main terminal . Coming home we had to have our ticket verified to leave the airport. Very convenient .”

“Advance booking process straightforward, staff very helpful as usual. I have to leave my wife in the drop off car park, and then pick her back up again after our trip due to health issues. It's annoying that I have to pay again as I am already paying for parking for the full day. Can you consider it providing a drop off and pick time for free? (It may be not difficult to arrange as the drop off car park reads the number plate of each vehicle). Thank you”

“Very good service. Straight in, straight out no hassle. The transfer driver was quite rude to another couple but that as only due to them parking in 1 section of the carpark that should have been closed.”

“drove in, took ticket out of machine parked up, plenty of places available, then went on holiday, came back got in car drove to barrier put in ticket barrier rose, drove out it couldn't be easier, this was my second year never had a problem definitely recommend no stress way to park your car at the airport”

“The medium stay car park is only a short walk away however the automatic ticket thing didn't work so I had to get out of my car in the rain and get a new one from the office. I'm not sure why they couldn't just open the barrier when I buzzed them.”

“very straight forward,booked online,arrived at the airport picked up a ticket,found a parking space.courtesy bus arrived in a couple of minutes and took me right to the terminal.same on the return journey.i always use the airport parking knowing my car is safe.”

“Entrance and exits were clearly marked. Space to park was ample, car parks were clean, tidy and well lit. Overall I was happy to use the long stay car park and would do so again.”

“This was a very convenient way of parking our car and cost effective too. However, we had a problem when we tried to leave the car park late on the Saturday night. The ticket we had would not lift the barrier and when we pressed the help button we were told that the machine did not recognise our private number plate. The lady did lift the barrier for us but it would be a good idea to let people know of this problem. Would definitely use the service again though.”
