“The parking spaces are too small for modern cars . The last 2 times I have had small indentations on my doors , so I am looking for a better alternative to parking at the airport , i.e. metro to airport .”

“Close to terminal, can walk or wait for bus. The bus could be better designed to handle large heavy bags, always a bit of a pain getting on and off / finding a space for your bag (during busy times).”

“All good. Written instructions were a bit confusing. It said start stay car park 3. I went into short stay car park but couldn't find 3. So had to call. Guy was great and talked me through getting there.”

“first class class car park right on the terminal door step with shuttle bus if required but 5 minute walk maximum anyhow. Hassle free and so easy to use.”

“We used the drop off services which was great coming into the airport Coming back we were asked to phone from inside the airport when we had landed so the car would be ready just to drive away. first point not easy to find the recommended phone in the airport and when we did find it no one answered so we ended up just walk back to the pickup place but then had to wait for one of the guys to get the car which slightly deletes the objective of drop and go and collect? Staff were very apolojectic.”

“The long term parking at Newcastle airport is certainly very convenient and easy to use. Ticket collection upon entry and auto number plate recognition on leaving make it a smooth process. On the down-side, we arrived on a Saturday morning and it took some time to find an available place. We waited for the bus to the terminal and four full buses went past unable to stop. We walked! Not a problem as it's really not that far. Overall a good service to use. Perhaps that's why it's so busy?”

“On entering car park found parking space very quickly, transfer bus to terminal runs regularly. Driver very polite and helpful. Return journey was just as good, entered the shelter, rang for the transfer bus which turned up in minutes.”

“Booking very easy, getting in and out of car park good, however, we wish we could get closer, the ones that are close have barriers and cannot get in, I'm not getting any younger”

“Needs better signage getting out especially, you can drive round for ages. Remember if it's raining u can be quite a long walk to the bus stops from a lot of the car park spaces. I prefer the car parks outside the airport that take u in”

“Parking areas were very busy managed to get parked but further away than in the past. Need to look at surface area as there were a couple of cars with flat tyres wouldn't be happy coming home to that. Happy to use parking facilities again as is cheaper than using taxis.”
