Used the short stay car park which is so handy. Yes it is more expensive but being directly outside the terminal makes it worth it.

Quite a challenge finding a vacant spot within the allotted area,so give yourself some extra time. However all in all information given at time of booking was spot on and easy to follow. Will use this facility yet again.

Easy to park and quick bus service to airport terminal. Watch your case as so many on bus cases easily mixed up. Staff extremely helpful.

Always have a good experience at Newcastle airport but on the last occasion 4/6/16,I bought and paid for fast track,only to find at the end of the track we were directed into the normal regular passage through search.in my opinion,paid for nothing. bad business which I won't fall for again in December.

We have used the parking facilities many times. Always found a parking space. Transport to terminal building regular. Our gripe is every time we use the parking our ticket never works in the exit barrier which results in having to take our paperwork to the office to get out. Frustrating especially after long day travelling

Everything went well until we put our card in to leave but it wasn't accepted. We were told that this was because our car has a private number plate although I had registered thus on booking & wasn't advised that it would cause any difficulties

Barriers weren't working on return had to be manually let out . Then £1 drop off zone cost me £3 cause those barriers were faulty and ended up with a 10 minute queue to get out of drop off zone when I went to collect wife and son who had the bags

Parking and attendants excellent. Everything waiting for us, just as promised - at one in the morning, this was much appreciated! However, signage to actually FIND car park was very poor - almost non-existent. Please remember, that even though we are using Newcastle Airport, we don't necessarily live in the area, or travel there often, so more directions would make the experience much more user-friendly.

Used this service a few times now.very happy with th service. Easy to book. Only negative I can say is sometimes it takes a little time to find space and sometime the bus is quite full. But that's beyond there control .just depends on flight times

Still luggage trolleys left, I know these are from customers. But I did worry about cars getting damaged

Entry and exit was very efficient, I think the only issue I had was that it wasn't really that well signposted for which areas to park in and not as we ended up parking in Zone I and calling for a bus from stop number 3 only to be told by a very stroppy lady that we shouldn't even be in that area and the bus would be at least 5 minutes. I began to think it was just me until loads of other users parked in the same area, so perhaps more signage is needed or clearer signage anyway. Exit was easy and as I was pre-booked no need to visit customer services. All in all a great service just maybe some customer service training and an attitude adjustment for the lady answering the phones to request a bus!

only thing that spoilt things was when we got back to the airport the new bus windows are made so you can not see through them to find the parking area where your car is parked

Bus back to car park had adverts all over the windows so you couldn't see where you were . Driver very unhelpful as he didn't tell you which number stop he was approaching . Could have been so much more pleasant if we could see or he informed you which number stop he was at.

Easy booking system online everything went very smoothly. Coming back from the holiday we encountered a delay at the barrier, both barriers from the car park were refusing to open for the cars and therefore ran over our allotted time (three minutes late in total) . The machine was going to charge 86.00 but thankfully there was a very helpful man on point that checked our ticket and then let us through. All in all Newcastle air port parking is quick and easy, despite the slight barrier malfunction would definitely recommend the service to others!
