“It was easy to park. We were lucky to park near a bus stop and the bus came along within a few minutes. It was the same on our return. We did not wait very long for a bus and got dropped near to the car. On-line booking was very easy.”

“Took up offer of using the short stay car park. Really handy for the airport terminal, but lack of signage made it difficult to walk to the terminal with the cases. There was no ramp from the part of the carpark we were in, to the main concourse and we had to carry our cases over a grassy area and use a second trolley which had been left by someone coming the other way. No problems with booking or driving into or out of the carpark.”

“Got to airport 3am. Easy to get into long term parking, still lots of spaces to find (even in the dark ) Courtesy bus is very regular at both arrival and departure. only problem was the ticket machine on way out. took half dozen times before the machine accepted ticket, but overall very pleased with the service.”

“Very convenient. Signing to meet & greet could be clearer. Finding button to open barrier was a little confusing and could be better marked or instruction contained on documentation!”

“Booked online, reasonably priced. Parking spaces are very narrow. Did have about a 15minute wait after phoning for the courtesy bus to pick us up.”

“The only complaint we have is that a lot of the car parks nearer to the airport itself showed "full " signs but in fact there was plenty of empty spaces. It seems that if you book in you are shoved right to the back. How do you get a front space?”

“The parking worked well, however when the areas to park change and new are opened you need to have more direction signs. It also confusing when trying to leave the carpark. It did however work OK after finding the correct route”

“Have used Meet & Greet at Newcastle airport six time now &always found the service provided excellent -- although the route to the car park is now known to me I think a couple of signs beginning at the the main gate would help first time clients, as to the whereabouts of the Meet & Greet drop off car park.”
