“I find the signposting a bit confusing.Signs on boards showed car parks as being full and the barriers were down,There were spaces in some of the car parks.I ended up using the overspill car park,which was not fully operational when I left,but was when I returned.When several flights arrive close together could extra buses be put on?”

“Only one minor fault, there was no where to get a suitcase trolley that I could see. We had three suitcases and a hyper four year old girl. Luckily I found a trolley dumped in a hedge near to where we had parked.”

“From booking to execution everything went very smoothly. When parking for 28 days it would be nice if the cost was a bit less than twice the 14 day cost, just as the cost for 14 days is less than twice the 7 day cost.”

“When using my card to exit the long stay car it did not operate the barrier . I was informed that mr car registration had not been photographed and another card was issued and the barrier operated.”

“I now prefer to use the short stay car park which is very convenient. However, based on my next stay in September when I am visiting Santorini, and the flight is scheduled to leave late afternoon, I object to having to pay for an extra full day`s stay when my outbound flight is scheduled to take off late in the afternoon, and I therefore park up late on the first day (first day`s parking charge), and lands just after midnight a week later, (extra day`s charge). If the inbound flight lands early and I leave the car park before midnight, there is no refund. Why not charge per 24 hour period timed from entering the car park to leaving the car park, based on scheduled flight times? That would be a fairer system.”

“Drive in park walk to nearest bus stop get on bus dropped off at departure entry. on arrival leave airport go to bus stop transfer to parking bus stop, if you remember the number of same. Get off bus load car drive home everything dead easy except it was raining when we came out of airport, pleased I didn't have to walk far.”

“THIS PARKING INFRONT OF THE AIRPORT IS VERY GOOD AND CONVENIENT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAVE FACED ON 2 OCCASIONS IS THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS PLENTY OF TIME LEFT ON THE CARD ON EXIT, THE BARRIER FAILS TO GET UP AND DEMANDS MORE MONEY, ON ONE OCCASION IT WAS £230 ! AFTER TALKING TO THE PERSON, PRESSING THE BUTTON AND OFFERING OUR REFERENCE NUMBER, WE WERE LET OUT OF THE CAR PARK, WHEN THE BARRIER LIFTED. THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM WANTING MORE MONEY FOR PARKING WHEN YOU HAVE AMPLE TIME LEFT BEFORE EXIT.”

“I have used the parking many times but I had not used since last June, I was disappointed to hear that you had increased your price 3 times! I still booked but I think another time I would be shopping around - I am NHS Staff and I believe we can get cheaper parking so I will be looking into this. Kind regards Miss Lorraine Haddow”

“NOT ALOT OF SPACES LEFT WERE I WAS ALLOCTEDHAD TO PARK UNDER THE TREES WHICH TO MY RETURN MY VEHICLE WAS COVERED IN SUBSTANCE FROM THE TREES WUICH HAS LEFT BLEMISHES ON THE BONNET. NOT AT ALL VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS.”

“Overall experience was fine, however when exiting the car park there was retractable claws across the exit to stop vehicles entering and these repeatedly struck the floor of my vehicle (not a particularly low slung veg) as I moved across them. I therefore had Torrey and check my vehicle for underside damage in the dark. They should not do this and should immediately be re-set so that this does not happen. I therefore regret to advise that I will not be using the car park again until this is addressed.”

“Good parking easy to find. Remember to make a mental note of where car is parked though as parking area is vast. Extremely easy to book . On line booking is very quick and easy. Overall a good experience”
