Entry to car park and transfers went smoothly . Only hitch on trying to leave car park ticket declined and had to press help button . Issue quickly rectified after quoting booking reference and barrier raised .

The only problem with parking at Newcastle airport is the wait for the courtesy bus to return to the car park after the return flight. It seemed we had just missed one and it did seem to take quite a long time before the next one arrived. We had the same experience last time, too, in October last year.

I drove up to the car park, the man had a quick look around the car, and away we went. On the return we rang to say we were back the car was waiting we put the ticket in the machine and off we popped for home. Very pleased with it.

Very good service with the meet and greet that I booked, I opted for this choice as I had 2 children in tow and found it much easier to drop the car and let the staff look after it. No hassle on return, my car was waiting for me when I got back even though my flight came in early.

Finding parking a bit bad .some car parks said full but they were empty No ENTRY,had to drive couple times to find space could be better.

Past three visits the parking Card has not yet worked on Existing, I always had to go in the office so they where they program it to open the barrier. Ok accepted one time I overstayed by a couple of days.

So much easier with the car recognition, straight out of car park instead of having to verify your card at the hut.

First of all, we found The facility to be excellent. However, unfortunately we found that the supervisor seemed to be indifferent to needs for PR towards clients, being rude and off-hand. Which as Not appreciated

When leaving the car park, the machine is never able to read our personalised registration plate and we have to back up, causing disruption at the exit barrier and a member of staff has to come and check our paperwork and manually allow us to exit. I was advised this year that the scanner cannot process number plates unless they fall within the present format of two letters, two number and three letters, which ours does not. Surely in this day and age when there are so many personalised registrations about, the system needs updating?

Good value and no problems with ticketing. However, on our departure we waited 20+ minutes for a very packed shuttle which was advertised as arriving every few minutes. It took 30 minutes longer to get to check in than expected and meant we were very rushed in the airport. On return, we walked across the car park which took less than 10 minutes. This could have taken less time if the pathways more suited to pulling cases and there was better signposting and connections between the car parks.

We arrived very early morning and like others did spend a bit of time actually finding somewhere to park. There was no signage pointing out available sections. Last time we arrived at the site for the same flight time attendants were marshalling people to the available car parks. Our return flight was very late, however your staff were brilliant and updated our parking card. First class service.

Our only problem was, it was a bank holiday Monday and the car park was full. No obvious indicators to show the use of the overflow car park.

The facilities provided are all that are required. Safe, secure parking for the period you want and good pick-up and drop-off transport. 2 tips though, make sure you are wide awake if you are parking during the night as parts of the car park are closed off and the signage is not clear. I was totally confused by signs which had me going back where I had come from. Also, make a note on your ticket where you are parked and the nearest pick-up stop. It helps when you come back again. It may seem a little expensive as a car park but if it is cheaper than taxi/public transport then it is worth it.
