“Used short stay car park for a weeks stay. Excellent location, just a short walk to the entrance. Well worth extra cost over long stay.”

“Difficult to review a car park -but all good, plenty spaces in short stay and number plate recognition seems to work well. Only negatives is the foot access around the place isn't great when pulling a bag”

“Long stat car parking worked well with almost instant bus transfer with a very helpful driver. The only improvement to be made is to the car parking surface. As it is, it is very difficult to pull suitcases across it.”

“Pretty good service and nice and handy , we will definitely use the car park again, only negative was the car was supposed to checked over by a member of staff for damage before we handed the keys in, this was not done, we were just asked if there was any damage , and they took our word for it , !!!!!. Other than that great job done .”

“Parked the car and had to wait about 5 mins for the bus. It was cold and raining and the bus shelter was full. However. Apart from that everything was fine. (Don't forget to to take note of bus shelter number, It will help you find your car on your return.)”

“We came back from holiday 10 days ago and this happened on the last 2 visits to your long stay car park, we put our ticket in the machine and it told me that it had expired, luckily we had a printed copy with our confirmation, which we produced in the office to get out of the car park, and we were actually earlier than expected. We held a queue up and got dirty looks from the other drivers. We are coming again in Sept so will see if the recognition camera will work this time MJ Lewis”

“Overall the experience was good. I was however not too happy with the £24.99 wash and Polish. The job was not how best. The boot wasn't touched, seats still dirty and a vanity mirrors cover broken. I will use the parking again, bit the cleaning service was poor at best. I can get a better job for £7.50 at home.”

“I like the car park next to the terminal and have used the meet and greet service several times. However they don't meet and greet they stay in their hut and I think a better service would be if they did as advertised and actually come and help lift out your luggage.”

“Quite a good service, I would use again. My only gripe was they were too many cars qued up waiting when we arrived. But when we came home my car was sat waiting for us, which late at night is what you need.”

“There was a queue at the exit as neither of the barriers would open for the 4 cars in front of us. Buses where great and driver was very helpful.”

“Great service, so easy and reasonably priced. However the open car parks need to be more clearly signed. We ended up in one that was apparently closed and couldn't find an open one. We still got picked up along with three other couples who had all done the same thing once we called for the bus through the intercom.”

“Good however having paid for ticket in advance it did not work when exiting barrier which is a pain when you have traffic building up behind you and then need to call into the office for them to clear it.”

“The bus isn't regular enough as we waited a good length of time ,had to rering to enquirer if it was still running. More disabled bays needed , as we've requested before.”

“Again had problems leaving the car park at the barrier. Had to go into the office to get the ticket validated, thus my car blocking the exit for others. Ticket valid till 1:00, at barrier 1:12 due to plane being late. Why are you not allowing extra time as you do ask for flight numbers.”
