“The parking was fine but there were problems with ancillary matters. Arriving, the ticket issuing machine was not as "user friendly" as it might have been. The first page of instructions obscured the diagram indicating the location of the button that had to be pressed and the button looked rather like several other bumps and bolts. Coming home at midnight, lighting outside the airport buildings is not very good which made finding the ramp rather more difficult than we would have liked. The ramp also more or less in darkness made walking a little nervous. Finally, in the poor light and also a bit disorientated, I missed the step outside the cabin and fell heavily onto the tarmac. Lots of blood and bruises. The man on duty was very helpful, did his best to clean me up. End of adventure. Yes, we would use you again. Charles N oWston”

“The car park was easily found and good access to the airport. It was only 5 minutes walk from the airport. While I'd recommend this car park, I potentially should have gone with long stay where there were buses available as I was on my own with a 2 year old and a lot of luggage. It was fine going as my 2 year old was able to walk so I put one of the cases in the pushchair but as my return flight was in in the middle of the night I did struggle. He wanted to sit in the pushchair so I somehow had to push it and drag 3 cases to the car!!! Poor planning on my part so I guess something for others to remember when booking this!! Next time I will just book long stay for the bus facility as it's literally next door if the flight times are not great!! Thanks”

“I feel that £30 for two days parking is excessive. However the process was good. I couldn't find my car as it was late at night and dark when I returned. The courtesy bus driver was really nice and helpful in driving me around to find my car!”

“Convenient although had not realised we had to deliver and collect our car to the meet and greet car park I had maybe mistakenly thought it was directly outside the airport terminal doors and not a little further along and up a ramp. However the car was kept safe for 2 weeks”

“A good, safe parking area, well signposted internally (to aid the return journey) and a 10minute courier bus which takes you back to your car. What more could you want? except a more direct route out in the dead black of night!”

“It's usually only a short walk to the terminal so we have never used the bus service. Be aware however that if you are a wheelchair user or have some heavy luggage with you, that there is a shortage of lowered kerbs throughout the car park, in particular at junctions and at bus stops. Otherwise it's all very convenient and easy to use.”

“Could not get off the car park,told we we had to pay £157 at the machine , the man resolved the problem but had to stand and wait in a queue for a while, you just want to get set off home when you have a 100 miles to do to get home .”

“Overall, the service was good with easy to find parking spaces and the courtesy bus running regularly to the terminal. Had no problems whatsoever and would definitely use this facility again.”

“Car parking was easy to get into and I was leased that it was a very short walk to the terminal The only negative was on the way out The barrier wouldn't let me out even though I had pre booked parking so I was stuck at the barrier for 10 minutes with cars backing up behnf me which was a bit stressy!”

“My only suggestion is that you number the bays in each section thereby enabling customers to find their vehicles on return that much easier. Otherwise everything is good.”
