“I did not realise how easy it was. Drive in and drive out again 3 days later. Only issue I had was really my ignorance about how/ if you needed to validate the ticket on arrival and departure. I Did not realise that camera technology existed ( didn't see signs but then I was concentrating on my holiday).”

“Close parking to Airport Buildings, parked D parking section. Walked with cases approx 5 mins as no buses seen traveling either way, quicker to walk than wait for bus.”

“My only complaint is the lack of buses to the terminal from and to the car park, my wife and I have on the last three occasions have had to walk to the Terminal due to the bus waiting at a stop until the bus is full, and with only the one bus working, the waiting time can be excessive.”

“close to airport although had problems when leaving as tickets didnt work in the exit barrier and had to go to office to get it validated - surely it should have worked without this”

“Booking the parking was easy and clearly signposted at the airport but finding a parking space wasn't easy, had to drive around a lot before we found a space and that was only when we saw someone pull out. It would be better if Spare areas were more clearly marked. Otherwise very good.”

“Excellent access and entry with number plate recognition . Only slight problem was a lengthy wait for the courtesy bus to collect from the terminal back to the car park (over 10 minutes)”

“had no problems booking or transfer from car park. only had one problem , as we are both disabled the car park was full , and had to find the nearest alternative to bus stop, as this was our first time it took a couple of circuits to get it sorted.”

“Easy to book using website. Usually a long walk to terminal (bus not that frequent) car parks nearest to terminal often closed. Getting more expensive although not as dear as other airports.”

“The lettering of the long stay car park is great but sub divisions would help to locate the exact position of your car. For example K1 to K10. As the car park was very full and I wandered around the car park area K for a while until I found my car.”

“I was using the service for the very first time as I was coming back from my holidays at around 23:30 hours which means best way to travel was using my own car at this hour. I followed the instructions to keep the barrier ticket and not to insert the credit/ debit card once prompted by the machine at the exit barrier which is what I did and I called the help line and they easily let me out. However I did need to press the help button and I was expecting the card to be recognised instead of me having to call the helpline, the attender was very helpful and just let me out with out any unnecessary delays. On that basis I assume the service holistically was quite good.”

“I would have gave a 5 star rating but unfortunately when we arrived at the exit gate (I had pre-paid three weeks before we travelled) I could not get out and had too show my paperwork too some chap.this shouldn't have happened. As I had already paid for my parking weeks prior too departure. I t. Took a while too get past gate as my paperwork was in my locked case .never mind overall it was good”
